All items mail are carefully wrapped and boxed for protection, with adequate protective material (e.g. bubble wrap, packing foam) added to the package. We do not mail in padded envelopes, plain brown envelopes or flimsy boxes! Your item will arrive carefully packed just as we sent it out!

In an unlikely event that the merchandise delivered are found damaged, you can request for a replacement.

Please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days of the delivery date) to request for Return Merchandise Authorisation# (RMA#) with the following information so we may initiate the replacement process:

1. Date of Goods Receipt

2. Shipment Tracking Number

3. Name of Shipper

Please keep all contents and shipping packaging.  You may be asked to provide documentation of damage, such as photos or a written statement.  All claims against the shipper will be made by us.  Once the merchandise is received at our showroom in unsatisfactory condition, the replacement item(s) will be expedited as soon as possible.

Please note that postage cost for return of goods will be borne by the buyer.
